Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@herrlichlondon.co.uk Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions (and a return shipping label if applicable). Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item and, once approved, place a new order for the preferred size or style.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and packaging.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
